As a Junior in 2008-09: Played in 19 games, making 14 starts…averaged 6.6 points and 4.3 rebounds…against UC San Diego on Dec. 16, tallied a season-high 14 points, seven rebounds and a .899 free throw percentage (8-for-9).
As a Sophomore in 2007-08: Played at Shasta College…selected All-Golden Valley Conference first team.
As a Freshman in 2006-07: Played at Shasta College
High School: Selected All-SFL first team…holds the school record for most block shots in a game and career.
Personal: Son of Charles and Keiki Jergo…has three siblings; Nani, Anthony, Joey…majoring in Social & Behavioral Sciences.
Coach Bishop on Jergo: "Will play his first full season for us this year after becoming eligible last December. Having Sean for a whole year will only make us better. He is one of the hardest working post players in the league and his ability to score inside and out will create match up problems for opponents."
