SEASIDE, Calif. – A career-high 21 points from senior
Sha'nece Garrett was not enough as Cal State San Bernardino took down the Cal State Monterey Bay women's basketball team, 78-59, Thursday evening in the Kelp Bed.
In her second to last contest on her home court, Garrett went off, shooting 7-of-13 from the floor, including a 3-for-5 clip from beyond the arc. The Sonora, Calif., native also added five rebounds, handed out an assist and recorded a block and steal.

Ella Doherty was also in double-figures as she added 12 points, grabbed seven rebounds and tallied a team-high four assists.
After the Coyotes raced out to a fast start in the opening quarter, putting the Otters in a 23-9 hole, CSUMB played CSUSB even the next two quarters, shooting 47-percent in the second and 43-percent in the third.
